JOHN W. KINSELLA.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ME John W. Kinsella of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland, Superintendent of the Parcel Post Department.
First:- I hereby revoke all other wills by me at any time made.
Second:- I hereby devise and bequeath my land and dwelling situate on King's Bridge Road in St. John's aforesaid and all other property of which I may die possessed to my wife Ellen Kinsella for her life (but she is not have any power of disposing of or incumbring same and my three daughters Clara, Marie, Gertrude are to have a home there while she lives) and after her death to my three daughters Clara, Marie, and Gertrude absolutely and in common.
Third:- I hereby appoint my wife Ellen and my daughter Clara to be joint executrix of this my will.

SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us, both present at the same time who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other affix our names as witnesses.
