Last Will and Testament of
William A. King of White Point Trinity Bay
Fisherman deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me William Alfred King of White Point Trinity Bay in the Island of Newfoundland Planter which I do make publish and declare as follows hereby revoking and annulling all other wills by me made. First I do give and bequeath to my two sons Joseph Robert and William Alfred King all my land and property dwelling house and stores gardens and flakes and stage and if one of the two should want a second stage the other brother is to help the said brother to get one. Secondly I do also give and bequeath to my beloved wife Susan Stanford King two shares of all monies due to me at the Savings Bank and also at the Union Bank at St. John's and all my children is to have one share each of them alike that is each of them is to have half as much as my wife after my decease except Isac Butler King he is not to have any share or part in any property or moneys that I possess. My wife is to remain on my premises as long as she remains a widow and after that she is to leave room. And I do hereby name and appoint my respected friends Moses King and John King as joint executors to this my last will and testament Signed by the above named testator William Alfred his x mark King in the presence of us being present at the same time have in his presence abetted and subscribe their names as witnesses thereto this ninth day of August one thousand eight hundred and ninety three (sgd) Moses King (sgd) John his x mark King. Augst. 9th 1893.
