Ann Frederica Hudson King

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Ann Frederica Hudson King of 4 Ranalagh House Elanfield Cresent Paddington in the County of London wife of Ernest Hudson King I appoint my friend and solicitor William Robert Moon and my said husband Ernest Hudson King (hereinafter called "my trustees") Executors and trustees of this my will. I give to the said William Robert Moon if he shall prove this my will and accept the trusts hereof a legacy of twenty five pounds free of duty. I give and bequeath all my jewelery to my daughter Hasel Ernestine King. I give and bequeath all my household furniture and effects except my jewelery hereinbefore bequeathed to my daughter to my said husband.
I give the following pecuniary legacies all free of legacy duty
To Reginald John King son of my brother in law the sum of one hundred pounds
To my cousin Ida Long's son a legacy of fifty pounds
To my cousin Miss K. Bette the sum of fifty pounds
I give and bequeath my shares and debentures if any in the Amalgamated Press Limited and in the Antofugaste and Bolivia Railway Company which I may have at my death (except shares that are mentioned in my marriage settlement) to my trustees upon trust to use and apply the income produced therefrom for the support education and benefit so far as is necessary of my said daughter Hasel Ernestine Hudson King and to accumulate the income not so used until my said daughter shall attain the age of twenty one and on her attaining that age then the said shares and debentures and accumulated income shall be for my said daughter absolutely.
I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate of whatever nature the same may consist unto my trustees upon trust to sell call in and convert into money the same or such parts thereof as shall not consist of money with full power to postpone the sale of any of my said property or any part of my said estate for so long as they shall think fit without being responsible for loss and after payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses to invest the residue with power to vary the investments from time to time at their discretion and to pay the income produced therefrom to my said husband Ernest Hudson King during his life and after his death to my said daughter Hansel Ernestine Hudson King absolutely and I direct that in the event of the said William Robert Moon or any other solicitor or professional person being an executor or trustee of this my will he or his firm may make the usual professional charges for acting for my executors or trustees including the receipt and payment of money as if he was not executor or trustee.
