ALBERT KING

I Albert King of Sandy Cove Bonavista Bay testator being of sound mind and memory do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament and first I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay all my funeral expenses and to be administrator of my estate as soon as reasonably may be after my death.

  1. I give and bequeath to my wife all my cash, until after her death then equal divided with my two sons.
  2. I give and bequeath to my wife half my dwelling house until after her death then he is Edgar.
  3. I give and bequeath to my wife one third part of my land, and one third part of my cattle and one third part of sheep.
  4. I give and bequeath two my two sons Kenneth and Edgar my two boats & engines my store and nets and all it contains Also my land on the point and flake.
  5. I give and bequeath to my two sons Kenneth and Edgar my house two thirds of my cattle and sheep.
  6. I give and bequeath to my two sons two thirds of my land also my barn and all other outhouses.
