Last will and testament of
Margaret Kiely of St. John's
widow deceased
.

In the name of God Amen I Margaret Kiely of St. John's widow do hereby make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament. I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Ellen Cleary wife of Thomas Cleary all my right title and interest in and to that house and premises situate on the street leading from Queen Street to Kings Road in St. John's purchased by me from Maurice Fitzgerald and also all and whatsoever other goods property chattels estate and effects of which I may die possessed or entitled to for her own sole use behoof and benefit. And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said daughter as sole executrix of this my will. And I do hereby make and declare null all wills by me heretofore made. Witness my hand at St. John's this 11th day of May A.D. 1885 - (sgd) Margaret her x mark Kiely Signed by the said Margaret Kiely and for her last will and testament in our presence who in the presence of her request and in the presence of each other have hereto set our names as witnesses on the day and year above written the same having first been read over and explained to and been approved of by the said Margaret Kiely - (sgd) Ellen Curtin. (Sgd) Frank J. Morris.

I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of Margaret Kiely deceased.
