Will of Ann Kielly In re WILL. This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Kielly of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow, made by me on this the 29th day of June, A.D. 1923. I will and bequeath my dwelling house, goods and chattels and whatsoever I possess to my niece, Martha Mary Cosgrove, at present residing at North Cambridge, Mass, in the United States of America. I appoint Helen Knox of St. John’s, Married Woman to be the Executrix of this my Will. ANNE KIELLY. Signed by the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses. Lillian
