Will of Mary Kielley In re This is the last will and testament
of me, Mary Kielley of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland,
Widow. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and I appoint
my son John Kielley the executor of this my will. I give and bequeath
to my said son John the farm and farm property known as “Green
Hill” situate near Burtons Pond together with the dwelling
- house thereon and the furniture and farm appliances contained in the
said dwelling house and farm buildings at the said place, to hold the
same unto my said son for his own use. This
is a codicil to the last will and testament of me Mary Kielley of
St. John’s widow, Dated and made on the 13th day of April 1912.
I will and direct that my daughters Mary and Esther or either of them
shall have the right to dwell on and use as a home jointly with my
said son John the farm known as “Green Hill” bequeathed
to him by my said will, provided that my said son shall be alone entitled
to any profits that may be made from the working of the said farm.
And should the said farm be sold or rented by my said son I will and
direct that sufficient land shall be reserved thereout to provide a
building lot for each of my said daughters should they so desire. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
