In re
      WILLIAM J. KENT.     DECEASED.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of Me, William James Kent, of St. John’s, Printer.

1. I revoke all wills heretofore by me made.

2. I appoint my daughter, Gertrude Kent, to be Executrix of this my last will and testament.

3. I give, devise and bequeath to my two daughters, Gertrude and Dorothy, everything of which I shall die possessed, whether real, personal or chattels real, share and share alike, but upon the death of either of them, the whole property is to go to the one surviving.

4. With regard to my dwelling house on Gower Street it is my wish and desire that my wife, Elfreda Kent and my sister Mary A. Kent, shall be allowed to live there during their lifetime. Should either of my daughters marry while my wife or sister is living, then her share is to be sold to the one is unmarried.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s, this 11^th, day of March A.D. 1924.
