Will of Robert J. Kent Last Will and Testament of This is my last will and Testament I Robert
J Kent of St. John's Newfoundland a Queen's Counsel of Her Majestys Supreme
Court of Newfoundland do make publish and declare this as and for my last will
and Testament. - After the payment of my just debts I give and bequeath all
and every such lands and interests in lands by way of mortgage or otherwise
and all other my goods chattels property and effects, except the books hereinafter
mentioned to my son John P. Kent in trust to take receive and hold the same
in these shares dividing so much thereof as is not already disposed of or charged
by deed or otherwise into nine equal shares, then two of such shares he shall
hold in trust for each of my daughters along with and in addition to any interest
of any kind which by deed or otherwise she now has or is entitled to in any
part of my property or effection Of the other three equal shares - he shall
hold an equal share or proportion for each one of my sons including the said
John P. Kent I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Robert J. Kent deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
