Last Will and Testament of
John P. Kent of St. John's
Barrister at Law deceased.

      I John P. Kent of St. John's Barrister at Law do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and Testament. I will and bequeath everything I possess including my interest in my Father & mother's settlement property (save as hereinafter specifically bequeathed and subject to the instructions to my Executor of even date herewith) to my Executor hereinafter named in trust for my three sisters Mary A. Kent, Marcella J. Kent and Ellen F. Kent share and share alike so long as they remain unmarried and in the event of one or any of them marrying her or their share or shares to go to such of them as remain single, but in the event of all marrying then my whole estate (subject to above reservations) or so much as remains thereof shall be equally divided between them again, the child or children of a deceased sister to take the parents share. All my law books including my interest in those of my late Father I give to my brother James M. Kent but for which he is to pay the sum of one hundred dollars into my estate aforesaid at his own convenience. My camera and all my photographic books materials and supplies I give to my sister Mary A. Kent. I appoint my brother James M. Kent as Executor of this my will and I declare all former wills by me made as null and void
