Last will and Testament of
William Kenny of St. John’s
Farmer deceased
This is the last will of me
Wm Kenny of Portugal Cove Road Farmer.
First I will
that all my just debts be paid.
Secondly. I will and bequeath all my
property to my nephews Richard and John Kenny in equal
parts. I appoint
Thos. J. Murphy of St. John’s solicitor Executor
(sgd) Wm
his X mark Kenny. Signed and delivered in
presence of said testator and in presence of us and each of us the same
having been first read over and explained to said testator this 29th of
April A.D. 1893. (Sgd) T. J. Murphy. (Sgd) Thomas

I certify the foregoing to be
a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William Kenny deceased
