Last Will and Testament of
Mary Jane Kenny of St. John's
Widow deceased.

       This is the last will and Testament of me Mary Jane Kenny of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland widow of James Kenny late of the same place Baker. I do hereby give devise and bequeath all the property estate and effects of which I may die possessed unto my beloved daughter Mary Ann Kenny subject to the right of my hereinafter named Executor if he shall deem it necessary to make sufficient allowance out of the same for the support of my son Sylvester John Kenny and my daughter Mary Jane Kenny until each shall have respectively attained the age of fourteen years. I do hereby revoke and annul all other and former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and Testament. I hereby appoint John grace, Official Municipal Council the sole executor of this my will. In witness whereof I Mary Jane Kenny the above named Testatrix have hereunto my hand subscribed at St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland this twenty eight day of April A.D. 1896. (Sgd) Mary Jane Kenny. Signed Published and declared by the said Mary Jane Kenny as and for her last will and Testament in our presence who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other, all present at the same time have hereunto subscribed ourselves as witnesses (sgd) M. A. Kearney. (Sgd) M. J. Ryan.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Mary Jane Kenny deceased
