James Vincent Kennedy.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me James Vincent Kennedy of Norris Arm in the dist of Newfoundland.
And I hereby revoke all former testamentary dispositions made by me.
I give and bequeath to my wife Aggie Kennedy and daughter Mary Elizabeth Kennedy my house and all personal property and land bounded by Gregory Dwyer on the west and Patrick McDonald the east with 50 ft frontage to go in staight to my limit with my wife, Aggie Kennedy to have liberty to sell at any time with the first offer be made to each and every one of my brothers namely Ted and Benard and Anthony Kennedy and my Insurance Policy as it now stands.
The piece and parcel of land being my share of my fathers and all other property that would come to my share leagel to be divided equally between my three brothers Ted Benard and Anthony Kennedy.
I appoint my wife Aggie Kennedy the sole Executrix of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eight day of October one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
