Will of James Kenna from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 493 probate year 1890 Last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of me James Kenna of Saint John's in the island of Newfoundland sub inspector of the Newfoundland Constabulary. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Anne Kenna all the property furniture and effects of every description of which I shall die possessed for her sole use and benefit subject to this condition that at her death the house situate in James Street Monks Town shall be divided equally between my daughter Margaret Anderson and Colonel Maurice Fawcett as trustee for my granddaughter Minnie Nelson and on the death of my said daughter Margaret Anderson her said share shall go to the said Colonel Maurice Fawcett as trustee for my grandchildren Minnie and Bridie Nelson. Dated at Saint John's this 17th day of September A.D. 1889. I appoint Maurice J. Fawcett Colonel Inspector of the Newfoundland Constabulary Executor of this my will.
