      This is the last will & Testament of me Thos. Kelly of Ferryland To my sister Theresa Maher I give and bequeath that piece or parcel of land on which she has her House Stable Cellar etc. built. also all the land surrounding the same bounded on the front by the main Road on the west by a Road leading to Martin Kellys House, on the Back by unclaimed land and on the north & north East by land owned by Martin Kelly known as Brinstone Garden
To my sister Ann Clancey I give and bequeath all that piece of land known as the Coarse Garden and which is included in above boundaries Thomas his x mark Kelly Caplin Bay Feby. 21^st 1910 witnesses John Rossiter    William his x mark Power    I certify that I was present when Thos Kelly made his mark to this will and that both witnesses were present and saw him make his mark.
