Will of Thomas Kelly from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 121 probate year 1927

In re
      THOMAS KELLY.       DECEASED.

In the name of God Amen.
The last will and testament of me Thomas Kelly of Middle Cove in the District of St. John's. I revoke all wills by me at any time hereinbefore made. I nominate and appoint my son James Kelly to be the Executor of this my last will. I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give devise & bequeath to my son John Kelly all that piece or parcel of land, including the land which he now occupies, which is situated on the West Side of the By Road running through my land and bounded on the North by the land known as the "Long Meadow" and also that piece of land situated between the West Side of the long Meadow and the main Road and also all that piece of land on the West Side of the Main Road opposite John's gate and bounded on the East by the Main Road, on the West by land of John Fennessey, on the North by Pine Line and on the South by land of John Power. I give to my sons John Kelly and James Kelly all that piece of land known as the Gully to hold the same as tenants in common. I give devise and bequeath to my son James Kelly the Long Meadow and all the rest residue and remainder of my lands houses, cattle goods and chattels and property of every description of which I may die possessed or entitled to, but I direct that my son John Kelly shall have right to the use in common with my son James Kelly of all the farming farming machines and implements of which I may die possessed as long as the same shall continue serviceable.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 20th day of September 1906.

Signed by the testator and acknowledged by him to be his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence at his request & in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
