In re DECEASED.
PATRICK KELLY.
In the name of God Amen.
I Patrick Kelly of Portugal Cove Road Farmer do make this
as my last will and testament.
First. I will and direct the payment of my debts and funeral
and testamentary expenses. Second. I give my daughter Mary Ann
Fox wife of Matthew Fox all my land goods property and effects my
horse, cows, express box carts carts and all other chattels of every nature
and kind of which I may die possessed for her own use for ever, and I direct
that my son in law Matthew Fox may use occupy the house
bought by me from the Council so long as the Council will permit.
Third I hereby appoint my daughter
Mary Ann Fox to be Executrix of this my will.
PATRICK his x mark KELLY
Signed published and declared as and for his last will and testament in our
presence who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each
other have hereto subscribed our hands as witnesses this 27th day
of January 1913 having been first read over and explained to the said testator
and he expressed himself satisfied therewith.
