Will of John Kelly from Newfoundland will books volume 7 page 256 probate year 1903 The last will of John Kelly late of In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost Amen. I, John Kelly of Coley's Point, Planter, being sound in mind and memory do on this sixth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred, make this my last will and testament; as follows: the disposition of my land which I have already apportioned out to my sons John, James and William Henry Kelly. I hereby confirm my dwelling house with the furniture, and also my stores I give to my son William Henry Kelly. The fore and aft schooner, "Mystery", I also bequeath to my son William H. Kelly, with all her gear and whatever money I may die possessed of, after paying my funeral expenses; and the sum of a hundred dollars which I give to my daughter-in-law William Henry Kelly's my son's wife, I will to be divided equally between my three sons, John, James and William Henry Kelly. I appoint M. Eli Dawe U.S.A. and W. James Norman Schoolteacher as the executors of this my last will and testament, and I charge them to see its provisions faithfully carried into effect. John his x mark Kelly - Signed sealed and delivered by me the said John Kelly as my last will and testament in the presence of Isaac Kelly & George Kelly and in the presence of each other, this sixth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred.
