Will of John Kelly from Newfoundland will books volume 5 pages 66-67 probate year 1886 Last will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me John Kelly of St. John's Blacksmith I here revoking all former wills by me made I give devise and bequeath to my wife Ellen Kelly all and every description of property of which I die possessed consisting of three dwelling houses on the Marsh in St. John's and also all moneys that may be in the Bank at the time of my decease and also all book debts due me and generally all other description of property including household furniture and effects and all stock in trade and tools in forge to have and to hold absolutely for her sole use benefit and support and I appoint my said wife Ellen Kelly sole executrix of this my last will and Testament. St. John's Newfoundland this 29th day of July A.D. 1886. John his x mark Kelly - Signed by the said Testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto signed our names as witnesses having been first read over and explained T E.
