Will of Fanny Kelly
This is the last Will and Testament of me, Fanny Kelly of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow, and I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary Writings.
I hereby nominate and appoint the Reverend Edward J. Wilson at present Parish Priest of Trepassey, Newfoundland, to be the Executor of this my Will.
I will and direct that my Executor shall as soon as convenient after my death pay all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses.
Dated at saint John’s, aforesaid, this 12th day of November, Anno Domini, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.
Signed, Published and declared by the said Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who at her request and in her presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Cyril J. Cahill. Mary McDonald.
