Will of Catherine Kelly Last Will and Testament of In the name of God Amen I the undersigned Catherine Kelly of St. John's being weak in bodily health but of sound and disposing mind: do hereby declare this to be my will and testament to wit: I leave to my husband John Kelly the house in which I am now living together with all furniture goods, chattels and appurtenances thereto belonging of which I may die possessed exclusive of all monies or Bank deposits or cash of any description. I leave to my Executor below mentioned the sum of Eighty dollars in trust for the construction & erection of a decent iron railing around the plot of land in Belvedere Cemetery where my mother is buried & where I also desire to be buried.
I hereby appoint the said Rt. Rev. Bishop Howley as my sole Executor Signed Sealed and delivered at St. John's this 7th day of September A.D. 1893 (Sgd) Catherine her X mark Kelly in presence of witnesses (sgd) Mrs Catherine Morris (sgd) W. H. Carty I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Catherine Kelly deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
