Last Will and Testament of
Laurence Keefe of Mosquito
Farmer deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Lawrence Keefe farmer of Mosquito in the District of Carbonear in the Island of Newfoundland.
First I direct that my funeral expenses, testamentary expenses also all my just debts be paid out of any monies of which I may die possessed or which I may be entitled to.
Second. I (direct) do give and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret the house in which I now reside together with all the land of which I am possessed and also all land which I may be entitled to together with all the cattle of which I am possessed viz: two horses, seven sheep, two pigs five head of horned cattle & two yearlings. -
