Will of John Keefe from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 541 probate year 1931

IN RE                    DECEASED.
John Keefe

I, John Keefe, retired fisherman, of Twilingate in the island and district of Newfoundland considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me.
First. I give devise and bequeath to my son Jaspar Keefe two (2) parts of the green ground. To my son George Keefe I give the other part of my green ground.
Secondly. I give my garden known as the "Grave Yard Garden" to my aforesaid son Jaspar. To my son George I give the garden we call the "Gulsh Garden".
Thirdly. I give to my son George aforesaid all the short beds, but one, in the Big Garden. To Jaspar I give all the long beds, in the Big Garden, in which we grow potatoes; these long beds being near or towards the church
(4th) To my said son, Jaspar I give my dwelling house, together with all my furniture, and two parts of the outhouses
(5th) To my aforesaid sons Jaspar Keefe and George Keefe, I give and bequeath my waterside property and all my fishing gear to hold jointly and use and enjoy the same, or dispose of as they see fit. However not withstanding anything may herein be contained to the contrary, all the land and fishing gear and fishing property herein bequeathed to my son George shall in the event he predeceases his wife revert to and become the property of my son Jaspar Keefe
(6th) To my daughter in law, Maggie, wife of my son Jaspar, I bequeath my sewing machine.
(7th) Of such monies as I may possess at the time of my decease, I give to my son Isaac Keefe twenty dollars (20 $) The remainder of my money shall be divided between my sons Jaspar and George, Jaspar to have two (2) times as much as George, that is two shares to George's one.
I appoint my said son Jaspar to be executor of this my will.
In witness whereof I have set my hand, this 7th day of June, 1930
