Will of John R. Kearney Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me John R. Kearney of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Landing and Tide Surveyor in Her Majestys Customs Department I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my beloved wife Mary F. Kearney absolutely and I appoint her the sole executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former testamentary writings. In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand to this my will this sixth day of March Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety three. (Sgd) Jno. R. Kearney. Signed by the above named John R. Kearney as his last will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (sgd) Lizzie O'Dwyer.
