Hannah Kearney deceased.
This is the last will and Testament
of me Hannah Kearney of Harbor Grace in the Island of Newfoundland -
Widow - I hereby give devise and bequeath to my daughter Bridget
Mary Bohn that piece or parcel of land situate at the west side of the Majors
Path, distant about Four miles from the Town of St. John’s in the
aforesaid Island and containing about Forty-five acres and nineteen perches
- I also give demise and bequeath to my said daughter Bridget
Mary Bohm my silver Cake Basket and Silver Crute stand
I give devise
and bequeath to my grand children Kathleen Mary Kearney, Agnes
Green Kearney and Michael Henry Kearney all the Household effects and furniture
that I possess with the exception of the above mentioned articles bequeathed
to my daughter Bridget Mary Bohm - I also devise and bequeath to my aforesaid
grandchildren that piece or parcel of land situate on West side of the
Majors Path distant about four miles from the Town of St. John’s
in the aforesaid Island and contains about Fifty acres

I hereby declared his to be my last will and Testament, hereby revoking
all former and other wills by me heretofore made - Dated at Harbor Grace
aforesaid this 8th Day of June anno Domini Nineteen Hundred and Twelve
- Hannah Kearney - In witness whereof she the said Hannah
Kearney the
Testatrix aforesaid has hereunto her hand subscribed in our presence
who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto our
