Know all men by these presents that I William Kearley of Bay Roberts Fisherman being in my right mind and of good understanding do make this my last will and testament. To my wife Charlet Kearley I give and bequeath all my property of every description whatever of which I may die possessed. I do hereby appoint William Newman of Asariah to be my Executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed this 24^th day of August A.D. 1932.
