      Benjamin Kearley          deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of Benjamin Kearley of Herring Neck Notre Dame Bay. I give and bequeath to Levi Farthing and wife for their sole use and benefit for ever my dwelling house and any property of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease. And I appoint the aforesaid Levi Farthing & wife the sole executors of this my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand this the fourth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve, --------- Benjamin x Kearley - witness the above which was signed in our presence who in the presence of each other have affixed our signatures    Rose Alice Penny.
