Will of John J. Kean, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 456 probate year 1931

IN RE.                         DECEASED
John J. Kean.

This is the last will and testament of me John J. Kean of St John's in the Dominion of Newfoundland Shoemaker and I revoke all former wills by me made. I appoint and nominate Thomas Barrett of St John's aforesaid executor of this my will.
I give devise and bequeath all the property of whatsoever description and wheresoever situate that I die possessed of to my beloved wife Margaret Kean absolutely.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand to this my will at St John's aforesaid this 17th day of November 1922.

John J. Kean.

Signed by the Testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses.
