John Henry Kavanagh.

This is the last will and testament of me, John Henry Kavanagh of York Street in St. John's, Newfoundland, Master Cooper, and I revoke all former wills by me made. I appoint and nominate my son^wife [J.G. T.S.Mc], Albert J.^Frances [J.G. T.S.Mc] Kavanagh of St John's aforesaid Mess and Marine Engineer [J.G. T.S.Mc], sole executor of this my Last Will. I direct my executor to pay all my debts, funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as reasonably possible after my death. I give and bequeath unto my wife Frances, all my estate of every description whatsoever and wheresoever situate forever and absolutely.
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand this seventh day of July one thousand nine hundred and thirty one at ST. John's aforesaid.
