John Joy.

Will of John Joy.
His last will and Testimony.
In name God. Amen.

      I John Joy inhabance St. Patricks Little Bay. I do bequeat this day July 7th 1923 to William Joy half of my land that is from fence to fence and he is to have the east side, and Mrs. John Mercer west side, that is the half from fence and Mrs John Mercer is to have my barn and cellar and cow and calf and the hay and potatoes, and William Joy is to remove the Daniel Hurleys barn off the west side on Mrs John Mercer side the land. William Joy to have dwelling house.
