Will of John Jones In re This is the last will and testament of me John Jones of Little Bay Island, District of Twillingate, fisherman, made at Little Bay Island aforesaid this 30th day of July 1923. I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Emily Rebecca Jones all my estate both real and personal and of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate to be hers absolutely and I hereby appoint my said wife to be the sole executrix of this my will. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my mark as my signature.
Signed by the said John Jones as and for his last will and testament by making his mark thereto in the presence of us who at his request and in the presence of each other and of the said testator do hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses and do declare that before the signature by the said testator and ourselves the said will was read over and explained to the said testator who fully understood and approved of the same.
