MARY JANE JENNINGS.

This is the last will and testament of me, Mary Jane Jennings of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland, widow.
I appoint my daughter, Phoebe Jane Jennings sole executrix of this my will I will and bequeath my freehold property and all household furniture goods, chattels and effects of which I may die possessed to my two children, Phoebe Jane Jennings and Alfred Jennings, in equal parts, share and share alike.
I direct that my said daughter shall live in the said house until my said son shall demand that the same shall be sold. I make this direction because I do not know the present address of my said son.
Witness my hand at St. John's this second day of December A.D. 1926.

Signed published and declared by the testatrix as her last will in our presence, who in her presence and the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witness. (having been first read over and explained to the testatrix.
