In re
      JOHN C. JARDINE.     DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, John C. Jardine of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Commission Agent:-

1. I revile all former Wills.

2. After payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses I will devise and bequeath everything of which I shall be possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my death to my late wife’s niece, Ellen FitzPatrick, whom I appoint sole executrix of this my will.

Dated at St. John’s, Newfoundland, this ninth day of September, Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty six.
