Will of John Jackson In re IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN. This is the last Will and Testament of me, John Jackson of St. John's, commission merchant. I give, bequeath and bequest my wife, Marion Jackson, all my money, goods chattels and effects which I now possess or may die possessed of for her sole and separate use. Secondly I bequeath to my son, Arthur Jackson, my watch and chain to be kept by him in remembrance of me. Thirdly I hereby nominate and appoint my friend John C. Hepburn of St. John's, merchant, my executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills that may have been made by me. Dated at St. John's, Nfld. this 22nd day of December JOHN JACKSON Signed
by the said Testator having been first read over and explained in our
presence who in the presence of each other have subscribed our names CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
