Last Will and Testament of
Mary Ann Jackman of St. John’s
widow
deceased
I Mary Ann Jackman of St. John’s
in the Island of Newfoundland, widow of the late James Jackman do make
publish and declare this to be my last will and testament:
First.
I hereby revoke all former and other wills at any time made by me.
Second.
I appoint my son John Jackman to be the Executor of
this my will.
Third. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid out of my Estate.
Fourth. I give and bequeath to my said son John
Jackman all my real and personal Estate remaining after the satisfaction
of the said debts and funeral expenses to hold the same unto the said
John Jackman absolutely.
In witness whereof I have set
my hand this 22nd day of October A.D. 1896. (Sgd) Mary

by the above named Mary Ann Jackman as and for her last will and Testament
in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence
of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (sgd) Wm

of Mary Ann Jackman deceased
