Last Will and Testament of
Joseph Innott late of Harbor Grace, Cooper
In the name of God. Amen. I Joseph
Innott of
Harbor Grace, Cooper being of sound disposing mind do make this my last will
and Testament revoking all previous wills at any time made by me
1st.
I direct that as soon as possible after my demise my executor hereinafter named
shall pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and my lawful debts.
2nd.
I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Caroline Innott for her maintenance
and support during the period of her natural life my entire estate real and
personal consisting of eight Government Debentures of two hundred dollars each,
the sum of three hundred dollars in the Bank of Nova Scotia Dwelling house
and land with cooperage thereon situate on Harvey Street, and all my household
furniture.
3rd. After my wife's death my whole estate or whatever
portion of it may be remaining, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved
daughter Margaret. I appoint the Hon. John Harris of St. John's executor
of this my last will and Testament. Given under my hand and seal at Harbor
Grace this sixteenth day of January in the year of our Lord 1900. Joseph

and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and the presence of
each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. George
