I Michael J. Hynes revoke all former wills and codicil by me made and declare this my last will.
I appoint my son Michael J. Hynes executor of this my will. I leave all my property including my house furniture and money in bank to my son Michael J. Hynes.

Signed as my last will and testament this 25^th day of Feb 1930
in the presence of us who at his request
and in his presence duly attested
the same as witnesses he signing
the same by making his mark.
