In re
Henry Hynes deceased.
In The name of God, Amen:- I Henry
Hynes of the Town of Port au Port in The District of St. George Island
of Newfoundland do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament
hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore by me made
1st. I direct my
executors hereinafter mentioned to pay my funeral expenses and all my just
debts and liabilities as soon as can conveniently be done after my decease
2nd I give and bequeath to my wife - Mary - one half of my insurance money
viz $500.00 in cash & profits -
3rd - I give and bequeath to my daughter
Eunice the other one half of my Insurance money - viz $500.00 cash & profits.
4th I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary one half of all my property
including house and land stores barns & all outhouses - horse cattle etc
also barn and land situated on Gravels side of Port au port to have and to
hold the same to her sole and separate use for ever. (all household furniture
provisions etc. & etc included) -
5th I give devise & bequeath
to my daughter Eunice one half of all my property including
house and Land stores barns and all outhouses horse cattle etc. also Barn and
land situated on Gravels side of Port au Port to have and to hold the same
to her sole and separate use for ever I also give to my said
daughter Eunice half of all household furniture Beds bedding
Books works of art plate household provisions and other shares which shall
be in or about my dwelling at the time of my decease
6th All the rest residue
and remainder of my Estate real or personal whatsoever situate of which I may
die seized or possessed of or in any wise entitled to not herein before effectually
disposed of I give devise and bequeath to my said wife Mary Hynes her
heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever -
7th. I hereby nominate
constitute and appoint my said wife Mary Hynes Executrix of my will and testament
and also my brother Philip Hynes executor of my last will and testament

witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this
seventh day of September in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred
