      MARK HUTCHINGS.

This is the last will and testament of Mr. Mark Hutchings.
I Mark Hutchings fisherman of Spaniards Bay, District of Hr. Grace Newfoundland being in a sane state of mind do make and ordain this my last will and testament and in so doing I nominate and appoint Duncan Collins of Spaniards Bay to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament, after which I give and bequeath of my property in the manner and proportion here following.
To my wife Elizabeth Hutchings I give bequeath transfer and set over to her and her executors and administrators all and singular of my dwelling house and contents out houses and their contents and all the land that I possess cultivated or otherwise for her absolute benefit and control and I the said Mark Hutchings do by these presents revoke all other wills and testaments at any time heretofore made by me I do declare this to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Spaniards Bay aforesaid this 12^th day of March A.D. 1926
