Will of William
Hussey The last will of William Hussey late
of This is the last will and testament of me William
Hussey of Saint John's Wharfinger. I give and divise unto my son Nathaniel
Hussey all land and property belonging to me situate at or
near Broad Cove. I give and bequeath unto my wife all
my household furniture and effects. I also direct that my executor shall
pay unto my wife the sum of Eighty dollars per annum for her support and maintenance.
To my daughter Isabelle Paton I give 4 pictures
to be selected by her from those in my dwelling house. Upon the death of my
wife I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and
effects amongst my three children Joshua Hussey, Nathaniel Hussey,
and Isabelle Paton equally between them. This is a Codicil to the last will and testament of me William Hussey of St.
John's Wharfinger. I hereby revoke the appointment of Thomas A. Paton as Executor
of my will and do hereby appoint my son Joshua Hussey as Executor of my will
in place of the said Thomas A. Paton. In all other respects I confirm the last
will and testament made by me on the nineteenth day of May A.D. 1896 Witness
my hand at St. John's aforesaid this twentieth day of April A.D. one thousand
nine hundred and one - William Hussey. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will with one codicil thereto of William Hussey D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
