Will of Tryphena Hussey from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 509 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Tryphena Hussey of Trinity in the Northern District of the Island of Newfoundland, widow. I hereby nominate and appoint Frederick Somerton Stipendiary Magistrate of Trinity to be Executor of this my last will and testament who is to have 5% on my money. I give and bequeath the following legacies Arthur E. White three thousand dollars William Bugden one thousand dollars Jane Ivany of St. John's one thousand dollars, William White of Trinity two hundred and fifty dollars Mary Watts one hundred dollars Mary McGrath one hundred dollars Agnes Christian one hundred dollars. After paying for medical attendance my funeral and testamentary expenses and erecting a suitable Tombstone to my memory the residue of my money is to be divided equally between the Church of England and the United Church Orphanages at St. John's. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal at Trinity this Fourth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine.
