from Newfoundland will books volume 13 page 161 probate year 1925

In re

This is the last Will and Testament of me Samuel Hussey of Trinity in the Northern District of the Island of Newfoundland, Trader.

  1. I give and bequeath unto my sister Selina Wells of Salmon Cove, Conception Bay the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

  2. I give and bequeath unto my two brothers Albert James and Robert the sum of Five Hundred Dollars each.

  3. I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife Tryphenia Hussey the balance of all money that I shall possess at the time of my decease together with all goods in Shop and Stores.

Lastly I appoint Frederick Somerton - Stipendiary Magistrate sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and Seal this Eleventh day of July A.D. 1922.


Signed published & declared by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
