Will of Albert J. Hussey from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 542 probate year 1929

In re     DECEASED.
ALBERT J. HUSSEY.

This is the last will and testament of Albert J. Hussey Greens Dale Farm Brigus Cross Roads district of Port-de-grave this first day of May nineteen hundred and twenty eight A.D.

Being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time by me made.

I hereby appoint my brother Robert Hussey of South River and William Andrews of South River agent to be the executors of this my will.

I hereby direct my said executors to pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease they also too put a Tombstone to my memory out of my estate .. Tombstone not less than or about one hundred dollars. I hereby bequeath to my wife Sarah two hundred and twenty five dollars which is to my joint account in the Bank of Nova Scotia Bay Roberts also the cow horse waggon cart long cart wheels and slide also crop for the present season to be sold by her to her best advantage also all the moveable furniture in the home except the two feather beds after my decease my brother Robert Hussey is to take the two feather beds to his home for the parties they will belong to. I have also in the Bank Nova Scotia Bay Roberts to my personal account three hundred and seventy five dollars which my executors have to pay my funeral debts and expenses including tombstone and balance then to be handed over to my wife Sarah to have and to hold absolutely for ever.

I hereby devise and bequeath my house outhouses and premises known as Greens Dale Farm Brigus Cross Roads district of Port-de-Grave to be divided equally between my three daughters Annie Wife of George Chalker Gertrude wife of Mack Alnuity and Minnie deceased her share to be divided equally between her three children Roy, Kermel, and Doris.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this first day of June nineteen hundred and twenty eight.

Signed sealed published and declared by said Albert Hussey as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof.
