IN RE. DECEASED
George Thomas Hudson
This is the last will and testament of me George Thomas Hudson of 395 Duckworth Street St John's in the County of Newfoundland made this 29th day of May in the year of Our Lord on thousand nine hundred and twenty nine.
I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint Philip H. Hudson my brother to be my executor and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath unto my son Robert Homes Hudson the sum of fifty dollars and all account due by him to me including House Rent; unto my son Rubert Fenwick Hudson the sum of fifty dollars and all account due by him to me and all the remainder of my property unto my wife Jennie Hudson should my wife be deceased before me the said remainder of my property will then be entrusted to my brother Philip H. HUDSON to use as he may think fit and proper.
