Hampshire County Council records
Will of William Norton of Sway, Boldre, Hampshire, Planter
Date 1710
Description in Newfoundland
XXXXXX

Date: September 14, 2006

William Norton of Bonavista, Newfoundland 1708 is referred to in William Pickering's files, Salem, Mass. Norton is undoubtedly the same who left his will in Boldre, Hants. 1710 as a planter in Newfoundland. And of course the marriage of William Norton to Martha Lander in 1701 will catch the attention of any Bonavista researcher.

For my personal research I am looking at Thomas Flinn and his wife Jane buried in Bonavista 1808 and 1802 respectively. Also looking at the marriage in St. John's 1772 Thomas Flinn & Jane Norton.
