Will of George Howse, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 68 probate year 1929

IN RE.                    DECEASED

GEORGE HOWSE.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me George Howse of Wesleyville in the County of Newfoundland made this Third day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty eight.
I HEREBY revoke all wills made by me at any time herebefore. I appoint my son Boyce Howse to be my executer, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto my son Forward Howse the sum of seven hundred dollars of my Life Insurance policy, unto my son Clyde Howse the balance of my Life Insurance three hundred dollars, unto my son Forward Howse my house and furniture, unto my two sons Boyce and Forward Howse the lower store together with all my shoe machinery, unto my three sons Boyce, Clyde and Foreard Howse all my personal land to be equally divided among them with a right of way for each.

who at his request, in his presence, and in the
presence of each other, have subscribed our names
