Will of James Howlett IN RE. The last Will and Testament of James Howlett of Torbay St. John's East Nfld. made this 4th day of January in the year of Our Lord One Thousand nine hundred and thirty seven. In the name of God, Amen I, James Howlett of Torbay St. John's East Nfld, aged 78 years and being of scund ( sp sound) mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in the manner following, that is to say; First; I will and bequeath rc ( ? )Geoffrey Mcrey my dwelling house and everything in the line of furniture and household effects; also ground surrounding the house. My will is that Geoffrey Mcrey owns all at the time of my death. In witness whereof I hereto set my hand this 4th day of January 1937. Signed James Howlett his mark X Witnessed: - James Lacey Wm.
