Will of Jesse Howell In re The last will and Testament of Jesse
Howell Pound Cove May 18th 1907 Being of sound mind and memory. I Jesse
Howell do make this my last will
and Testament as follows:- I do hereby bequeath and give to my dear wife,
Johanna Howell, and my four sons viz: Robert John
Howell, Samuel Howell, Jesse Howell and Albert Howell my full share of the land held by grant
taken by my deceased father, Francis Howell - The same to
be equally divided between the above named I do also give
and bequeath to the aforesaid all the property owned by me on said land, which
includes household furniture etc. I do also
give and bequeath my share of the fishing schooner Ajax viz - 1/6, to be
equally divided between my beloved wife and sons as before named - also
my share in trapboats & other boats, to be divided as above. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
