In re
      ALBERT HOWELL       deceased.

      This is the last will & testament of me, Albert Howell of Carbonear in the Island of Newfoundland, I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every description unto my son Arthur Howell, now living in Chelsea in the United States of America absolutely. and I appoint my said son Arthur Howell sole executor to this my last will, and I declare this writing to be my last will and testament    In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this fifth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six    Albert his X mark Howell Signed by the said Albert Howell the testator in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence, and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses Joseph Mackay. Arthur Taylor
