Will of David F. Hoskins, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 331 probate year 1930 IN RE. DECEASED This is the last WILL AND TESTAMENT of me DAVID F. HOSKINS of the town of Saint John's NEWFOUNDLAND I give devise and bequeath my dwelling house and contents thereof situate on the North Side of Gill Street in the town of Saint John's aforesaid unto my wife June Hoskins and after her decease my daughter Emily Bertha Hoskins for her sole use and benefit and I appoint Francis H. Rendell as the executer of this my will. D.F. HOSKINS SIGNED SEALED AND DECLARED by the Testator to said David F. Hoskins as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us both present at the same time as in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
